5.2. We are not responsible for faxes that are not received due to incorrect recipient information or technical issues on the recipient's end.

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8.1. QuickFaxSend.com and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us during the three months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on QuickFaxSend.com.

9.2. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
